We are located in Richmond, VA. If you are in the metro area or surrounding counties, we may be able to make special arrangement or offer other local services to you, such as custom fruit baskets or balloon services.

Generally speaking, all online orders will be processed within up to 5 days from the date the order is placed online. Once your ordered has been filled it will be sent via USPS. We cannot guarantee the dates for the post office but, generally speaking, you should receive your package within 3 business from the shipped date (not the order date), not including holidays. Please plan accordingly if you are ordering a gift for someone or if you need your item(s) by a certain date.

Unfortunately, because items are made when ordered, all items are non-refundable. Depending on the item, we may be able to exchange your item for a different size, however, return postage will be an expense to the customer and not Krafty Kreationz.
